I like top to bottom cleaning,( full service) and that you can add on when needed, and you have your own cleaning products. I wish there was more of a senior discount for people on a fixed pension. I like that your company screens and bonds their employees. I have had only one service at this time and I was happy with the outcome.

To whom it may concern,

To date, our house has been serviced 5 times or so. The first initial time was pretty solid and set a good standard but some slight things were missed.

Nevertheless, all other times have been subpar and missing a lot of things. For example:

- The windowsill’s have not been dusted
- Blinds are haphazardly cleaned and the back is still dusty
- The baseboards have not been cleaned
- It does not appear that they’ve mopped outside of the kitchen
- The refrigerator was streaky
- The glass sliders have not been cleaned

I ensure to clean my house before the service is done, so they can focus on these areas, but they aren’t addressed. While I appreciate that they can accomplish some things, it is quite an expensive service for them not to do these items either consistently, or at all.

The ladies do a very good job cleaning. They are friendly and eager to please.

You send the same person each cleaning which I like because then they know your home & what to do & they are very friendly & the products are find if I have anything different I let her know it’s a job well done 👍
