I never questioned the products,however we did discuss the product used on my laminate flooring,I wanted an oil based product so I am not sure if she is using it.This was questioned on the first visit.

The cleaning personnel who have come to our home are efficient, friendly, hard-working, and very helpful. We have had different people over time, and each one has a different style and strengths.
The products do the job and are not too strong in smell. They also seem to be safe for our pets.
I like knowing ahead of time by calendar and texts when they are coming and also the name of who is coming to work.
I think that you run a very valuable service. It prompts me to get my house "ready" to be cleaned before they come, so that makes it even better organized and clean. Thank you!

I was amazed at the quality and professionalism of Merry Maids. The girl that came worked continuously for 2 hours. She was amazing. I would recommend this service to anyone interested. I plan to request the same girl each time...she was awesome!!!

your maid are always on time, they are accommodating and easy to work with. they do a good job cleaning the house. They bring all their own supplies and equipment. We receive emails to remind us when they are coming. Someone always answers the phone when we call Merry Maids.I think it is a very well run service.
I appreciate that the cleaning representative who came to do a deep-cleaning in our home had had all of her Covid shots and a booster shot . It made us feel more comfortable, as my husband has medical issues and is a senior citizen.
She was punctual, organized, focused on her work, and had a positive attitude. She worked hard for 7 hours, even scrubbing the floor on her hands and knees! I have a Golden Retriever whose dog hair is everywhere, so cleaning was a challenge.
The cleaning products were not strongly scented, so we appreciated that. She had everything she needed.
I look forward to having her return to clean for us again! I recently injured my back, so her help is very appreciated. We feel good again about our clean house.
Did a good job but with the hard water shots it didn’t work to remove in shower but otherwise cleaned up well.
