She did a good job on my mom's home, however I am finding that underneath the sink cabinets was not cleaned, some windows were not cleaned (even though I stressed that all windows needed to be cleaned), shelf in bedroom #2 closet not cleaned, and master bedroom window sills and window mechanisms were not cleaned. When I called, I requested a deep cleaning on my mom's home as she was 98 years old when she passed and her home had gone for awhile without a thorough cleaning. I did a walkthrough when she was done and all appeared to be clean, but upon further inspection am finding several areas (noted above) that were not touched. I feel like the cleaning that was done was just a normal house-cleaning, not a deep clean as requested. Not considering this worth the $441 I paid (2 bdrm, 2 bath mobile home).

I have mentioned to several people that I do have Merry Maids service. That I am satisfied with the service I get. So far, no one has asked for reference or contact number. The only "problem" I have is the scheduling. I can deal with 2 days a month, but the times vary on the assigned days. It would be better for my time of maids working in my home at the same time each time. One time it was to start at 9:30 to 10:30 and another time they were to be here from 10:30 to 11:00. This makes it a bit difficult to schedule my activities. But your ladies do a very good job.

I love that when I get home on Merry Maids day my house looks so much cleaner and shinier than it did before. The cleaning products used do an amazing job, especially what they use on my oak tabletop. It glows!! The ladies who come to clean have all done an amazing job. The house looks just as good no matter who has cleaned it. I love that consistency! Thank you!!

Reliable and thorough
I work for merry maids of west Portland, the products work well. I used the lodi ofc for a birthday present for my son and daughter-in-law who are very hard to buy for. They have 2 toddlers and were very happy to have a thorough clean.
House smells fresh and is always spotless. Always on time and very efficient. Have loved the ladies that have come. Like the fact that we have the same one consistently for several months.
