I like the work ethic of Jamie, the Merry Maid who cleans my home and I like the owners who work with me for scheduling and other issues.

My house smells good after Jamie leaves. And it is clean where she has been.

Heidi does nice job of cleaning specified areas of our home. She is always pleasant, conscientious, and takes pride in her work.

I like that they are fast and efficient in their work, and the products do not have a chemical odor, nor lemon nor pine. It smells clean, without any kind of cover up odor. The maids are quick, and thorough. Thank you for that.

Heidi continues to do a good job -- obviously has pride in her work. Appreciate that she arrives in a timely manner. Although I don't often have a chance to greet her(am not often home on Wednesday mornings), she is a pleasant person so it is enjoyable having her in our home.

Their products clean effectively without leaving a chemical or artificial fragrance smell. They call the day before to leave a message specifying when they will come the next day, and they arrive promptly. I also really like the person who cleans my house and trust her. I've been very pleased with the quality of their cleaning.

I am very pleased with the service I receive and the Jamie who is my usual rep.

The services you provide are very good. One observation is that they do not always use special care in window treatments or when cleaning wood doors with the proscribed treatment. Water and wood do not usually mix and will cause trouble

The worker is always on time, efficient and does the job well. I like that she gives extra attention to a room each time. The rooms with the extra attention are different each time and the entire apartment gets attention, with each room getting extra in its turn. Very satisfied

Pride in one's work

Because the same person comes most weeks, I've gotten to know her a bit and very much like that personal interaction. I like the practice of notifying me each week when to expect the cleaning. I also like the systematic targeting of certain areas, on a rotating basis, for deep cleaning.

The staff iis friendly. I do think that there should be some definition of what is regular cleaning and the extra cleaning as at times I do not know difference.

Need stronger bath chemicals

I like that the Merry Maids are professional and trustworthy. Many times when they are at my house I am not at home. Sometimes my teenage kids are there or my dog is usually in the house in her kennel. I've never had any problems. I am not all concerned leaving my home and having Merry Maids there.
