The best thing I like about your services is that I can depend on coming home to a nice clean house.

The products do not leave an antiseptic smell. That is one of the first things I noticed-no pine oil, strong odor smell as though my apartment were being fumigated. The women who have come to clean are very nice, fast, efficient, and thorough. They do a very good job, and I am pleased that they leave a note as to what they concentrated on each time. When I come home after Merry Maids have cleaned, the first thing I feel is a sense of peace. There is no harsh cleaning chemical smell but just freshness. Every detail, every book and cranny are cleaned. It feels like a new house. We started out with Merry Maids due to me have surgery and restrictions but we have decided that the benefits of not having to come home and spend time cleaning or cleaning in the weekends has lower both my husband and my stress levels and allowed for more family time. We have and will continue having Merry Maids come to the house. I tell everyone about the great service.

Fresh smelling; more deeply cleaned than I have had in a long time; the 2 women who came to clean the first time were friendly and hard workers.

I have had the same young woman, Jamie, cleaning my house for over 7 years and she is prompt, organized, courteous and very good at what she does. Sometimes she goes over and above what she is expected to do and doesn't say a thing about it. My grand kids always say it smells nice when it is cleaning day. The products must be very eco friendly as I never smell anything that is overpowering.

Sophia left me a note that she is working particularly on getting the kitchen floor back in shape, and I appreciated that. She worked quickly, and the apartment was clean and did not smell like disinfectant when I got home. She was just finishing up when my husband got home, so he went out onto the patio to let her do her work. I do hope she is the person who continues to clean here. Well worth the cost. I look forward to further cleaning as the apartment gets deep cleaned each 4 weeks. Thank you, again.

Jamie is fantastic! The house always looks great, she's pleasant and professional and does a great job. I've had cleaning services before and was often disappointed in the results but I have never felt that way since Jamie has been here.

Overall routine cleaning is taken care of for me. My home is maintained in guest-ready condition. I especially like the way my wood floors look.

I do like that your people furnish the cleaning supplies and also that I know what time the maids get here by the telephone call the day before.

Service is prompt, friendly and done well. I like the reminder call the day before and flexibility for scheduling when I need to travel. I appreciate products that are not smelly or irritating to allergies.

I could never get my house looking as clean as Merry Maids. Having them come in to clean the not so fun parts allows me to feel motivated to get all of the other parts of the house organized and presentable. With both a dog and a cat in the house who shed profusely, I now feel comfortable allowing guests into the house. Who knows, I might even start hosting parties for friends and family now!

I like that I can count on you. You are flexible when I need a change of schedule now and then. If I had a concern you have always addressed it.

I am called with the time my cleaning girl will arrive. I am told each time which room was deep cleaned. Everything is put back in the same place. The cleaning product used leaves such a nice clean sent.
