The Merry Maids do a pretty good job of getting into the corners to clean. I wish they were allowed to move some things to dust, but can understand why they don't-the liability and all. I like that they are on time, especially with the uncertain weather, and they call if they need to reschedule. It shows respect for our time as well.

The people are very friendly. I like that they live a note about where they focused and when they will next be coming to my house.

I love the routine of bi-weekly cleaning, which helps me maintain order of the things in the household. There is something wonderful about coming home to a clean house! The staff at Merry Maids are friendly and willing to help me in any way they can.

These ladies really know their stuff and are extremely work-oriented, while also being friendly and informative about the cleaning products they use and the "tools of the trade" that they bring into our house. I have yet to meet a Merry Maid who isn't conscientious and eager to please. My only regret is that I took so long to call Merry Maids and cry, "Help!" These dedicated women are uniformly wonderful.

Convenience is one of the main reasons I like having the Maids bring their own
products and vacuums to my home.

This was the very first service and the lady did a very thorough and nice job.

Every Merry Maid who comes to our house is a dynamo. No wasted motion! Huge work ethic! They get more done in an hour than we would get done in a week! They're all also very friendly and quick to suggest things we can do between Merry Maids' visits to make our house an even better place to live. Sometimes it's a product recommendation. Other times, a tip on how best to clean something. I have just posted their next visit on our master calendar, and I consider it a social event as well as much needed attention to our home. Thank you so much, ladies!

I like that whatever products you are using do not leave an antiseptic or lemon smell-that is so annoying-it is just clean. On average, Merry Maids does a good job of cleaning-I wish they would be allowed to move items, especially large ones-if we could sign some sort of liability waiver or something. If something is damaged, well, stuff happens. But I understand the policy, just wish there were a way to protect both you and allow the maids to move certain things-like fold up a blanket left on a footstool, and put it back-that kind of thing.

I enjoy that The Maids bring in the products and vacuum to clean with. The
products seem to be effective but not harsh. The Maids work quickly and
efficiently and I feel very happy with the results.

They call the day before with their estimated arrival time, and are very prompt. They are thorough and efficient. I also like their practice of telling you what the areas of deep cleaning will be for the next time.

I like the convenience of scheduling when needed. I don't know anything about the products used.

It's only been one cleaning so far. Everything appeared to be super clean. There were a few things not touched but overall it was a good job. Love the fact that my mirrors were clean and not streaked or smudged.

Other thing is when there are black appliances in the kitchen.....no white cloths should be used that leave the white stuff on appliances.

All the Merry Maids who've come to our home are friendly, efficient, and fast. My hat is off to Elizabeth, Megan, and Roxann (no "e") for getting so much done in such a short time.

It is great coming home to a clean house! Fantastic job by all!
