I really like how thorough the cleaners are with each and every room. The products they use seem to do a good job without being over fragrant. Whatever they use on stainless steel really works, I am amazed at how streak free they get our fridge and microwave.

Everything! As I have said a number of times, over the last seven years, the Merry Maids have made my transition into old age quite pleasant. They show up when they say they will. They do significant cleaning in my home, get a whole lot done in a short time, are a very cheerful bunch, and come with all the equipment and accessories needed to make a huge difference in my standard of living. Their every visit brightens my day, and they tell me everything I want to know about the Merry Maids' products and services. The kicker is a huge plus, too: these energetic ladies and their housekeeping know-how are very reasonably priced.

I like that the apartment is clean, and has a natural clean scent-not a pine or disinfectant scent. They do a good job-using cleaners that I think are pretty eco friendly. If I have something special I want them to do or not do, they will follow those instructions. Very reliable, and good service.
