I come home to a clean house.
They seem to work better than what I can get at the grocery store. Particularly whatever you use on glass windows. It does not streak. It may also be that the Merry Maids know the PROPER technique for USING it.
The team is friendly, prompt,and cleans well. Also, the office always calls to remind me of the day before a cleaning.

Not sure about the products. They seem fine. If there is anything special that I should be aware of - like organic or safe for pets/children - then it would be a good idea to provide details to customers on what is used. Service is great. The women are always nice, respectful and very professional. I am usually home during cleanings and I never feel uncomfortable with them in the house. Very trustworthy and a good service for the value.
Merry Maids staff are friendly and reliable and are improving the quality of my life by keeping my house clean. The supervisor is particularly good at making sure everything gets done, even by trainees. The staff are tolerant of my two dogs and the supervisor recently even vacuumed my dog when I told her how much he liked it.
Elizabeth has been our team captain for a long time now, and she especially is outstanding. The team is thorough, professional, and competent. Our home always shines after they have been here.
Reliable, thorough, very pleasant staff. Office staff is always very helpful and accommodating if problems arise (they rarely do). Products are high quality and Eco friendly. I have never noticed residues of any kind. I would recommend this service unconditionally.
