I am so pleased with the desire to always provide exceptional service. I recently had to call follow a cleaning when a few areas were missed. (The kitchen table and grantite breakfast bar appeared to have not been cleaned and parts of the kitchen floor still has dust and crumbs on it.) The woman who answered to phone offered to send the crew back but I declined as I had guests arriving and chose to do the touch-up myself. She then applied a $20 credit to our account. It is very rare that I have to call about anything being less than perfect.
