Angelica and her companion always do a good job. If I need to reschedule because of guests coming, the office always tries to accommodate my request. I like that they use their own products and equipment. As an accountant, I also like the fact that I don't have to worry about filing any payroll forms.
I recently recommended Merry Maids to my daugther-in-law in West Seattle. She has a brand-new baby and had little time to clean the house before the holidays. She was very happy with their work.

I appreciate the fact that the cleaners are reliable and on time. I like the reminder telephone calls. I enjoy arriving home to that "clean" smell but it is never a chemical smell nor is is too "sweet." The cleaners are very careful with all the little knickknacks I have sitting around. I like the fact that they clean the baseboards. I know the bathrooms and the kitchens are really clean.

The service and Products are excellent. I sometimes forget to call in to the office to inform the staff of the Wonderful job they always do. I really need to work on that! Our Staff treats Our home with respect they are courteous and diligent. Our home sparkles from week to week because of the Hard work and care. We once had a contractor repaint all of the woodwork in our home. She was amazed that there was no dust anywhere. I often tell this story because guests often remark on how clean our home is always kept. I cannot thank the crew leader (Elizabeth) and staff enough for the fantastic job they do! The office staff is as much a part of this process as anyone and they too ensure that our schedules are kept and work magic when making sudden schedule changes.
