if i have an area that they did not clean to my satisfaction they come back the next day and correct or improve with the next cleaning with a list of my requests.
If i have special requests i inform them before their scheduled cleaning and they take care of it..example: folding laundry, window sills inside and out etc..

I always felt that the crew who services our home did a wonderful job! What really impresses me is the comments we get from visitors and contractors. A favorite painting contractor remarked that she could not believe that when painting woodwork throughout our home she never has to clean the woodwork before applying paint because the crew keeps it so very clean. Visitors who may stay for days also comment on the courtesy and neatness of their work. We are extremely pleased with all they do! We have recommended Merry Maids to several friends and family!

I'm not sure enough scrubbing attention has been given to them with the product in the last several times. Services are great I don't have to search or buy for cleaning products is already done. When I go home in the evning my house is clean and cozy but the cleaness process does interfiere with any health issues that I may have.
