Consistently punctual arrivals, thoughtul and thorough work plan, often extras like kitchen floor detailing if there is time, excellent and personal maids who have been with us for years!
Everything just smells clean when I walk in the door. The housekeepers are very thorough.

The maids come promptly at their appointed hour and do a careful job, recently with some extra attention to a particular area of the house.
I like to have the same people come each time as they become familiar with my home

More recently, the little extras have been a nice touch.
The ladies who come to clean our house are always prompt, courteous, thorough and efficient. Tht products used seem to do an excellent job of cleaning all manner of surfaces -- wood, glass, tile, stainless -- and to leave a pleasant scent in the air when the cleaning is finished. I have never been disappointed with the way our house looks, feels or smells. It's always delightful to have such a clean house.

All work is done with care and concern. No supervision is necessary on my part. All
workers take my pets into consideration which I appreciate. Their work is complete no

Tenants and my brother and I )landlords) were satisfied with the job done for the most part. Interior doors could have been cleaned better (some scum and old tape were still on them, along with a decal which I had to remove myself. In addition, one bathtub still had mildew/mold on the grout which I'll have to tackle next week.
