The service is great - when I walk in the house, it just smells clean! I clean my house also, but it's not like Merry Maids! I get a thorough deep cleaning every 3 weeks! They also focus on a different area each time. For example, they swept the garage, which really needed it. Another time, they focused on the window tracks! I just love tMerry Maids!

You bring your own vacuum cleaner.

The maids, Victoria and Letitia, do their work thoroughly and carefully, as if they cared.

The 2 ladies, even tho not always the same ones are efficient and capable. The house always shines and smells clean and fresh. However, I do wish that at least one of them spoke english. I can't compliment or critisize.

The same two people have been cleaning my house for a couple years and they are wonderful! They are very thorough, they work around my mess and never complain, and on top of that they do lovely artistic touches like arranging the bottles on my open shelves in beautiful patterns. Whenever I come home after they've been here I feel like Mom was here.

My workers are consistent and polite and completely trustworthy. They take great care of my home so I don't have to worry about it. I am disabled and have periods where I can barely function. Merry Maids set my house back to normal.

I trust them to take care of my house. They have a key and come while I am out. They do a very though job. It is helpful that they are willing to change their schedule sometimes to meet my changes in schedule. I have never had a complaint. It's always a great lift to my spirits to come home on the day they have cleaned.

I like the fact that your employees are bonded and that the cleaning appointments are confirmed as well as a follow up done. Also that the cleaners will see something and take it upon themselves to either ask about it or take care of it. The products seem to be fine although they don't seem to remove all stains like in the kitchen sink.
