I am allergic to many household cleaning products, and the ones Merry Maids uses don't seem as bad on my allergies. The girls are always very sweet, and helpful.
The cleaning crew is efficient, thorough and pleasant. The cleaning products seem to be effective. The house always smells fresh and clean when the ladies leave.

say when they were here on the l5th they did an outstanding job. I was here when they arrived

The Merry Maids always arrive when they are scheduled, they work quickly, they are extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the cleaning processes, they bring their own products, they always clean the hidden places (i.e., inside the sofa, above the refrigerator, under the bed) and they do all of this while being very kind and pleasant. I cannot think of anything at all that I would like them to do differently.

Overall I am pleased with the service provided; however, there are at times a lack of consistency to the service visits. I would and do refer friends to Merry Maid as most service providers can vary on deliverables.

Staff is very friendly, prompt and always adds a little touch to detail. I'm particularly pleased with the moment they always take to hang fresh towels in the bathrooms and add a fancy fold to them, leaving you with the impression you're in a 5-Star hotel.
