All of the Merry Maids so far are able to act independantly without supervision from the
homemaker being around or making requests, when they do there work. They act in unison or
as a team. I have observed this and appreciate this fact. If they have questions I know
they would ask, but they know how to take charge of any situation and act within the regulations and rules of their company.

I like the fact that you phone a reminder, and that they come at the time that is convenient to us. They are very neat and bring their own equipment. Also, they work in an efficient manner and do not "chit-chat"

The housecleaners are commonly the same two people; they arrive at the same time for each cleaning; they are very reliable. They do a good job of cleaning the house... that is important.

Service was excellent. The "Merry Maids" that were in my home paid very close attention to detail - especially the placement of accessories. When they were finished, the house looked to have been set by me and not re-set by them. My congratulations for a job well done - and the house was clean !

I feel the MM's are trustworthy, I feel as if they respect my home and my pets, I don't know about the products, and sometimes I feel like they are excellent... above average... and sometimes I feel like they are having a bad day. I REALLY appreciate the help with the litter boxes, etc. I need to use this service because of my health and I hope to have more of the "excellent" days. I like that I can communicate with Carol and things are done or changed even if I don't get a return e-mail... smile
