The staff are very nice and they do an excellent job cleaning my home. My husband died last January and they have been kind and supportive of me during they year as I have made my way through this hard time. They also use good products and have given me the names so that I can use them - especially on my new kitchen sink - to keep it looking great between visits. The house always smells great after they have been here. They are also really glad I now have a kitchen floor that they can actually clean since the floor before was in bad shape and no matter how hard they tried (and they tried really hard) it was not cleanable.

I have a team now that does a great job cleaning & making my house neater than it was when I left. Every other Wednesday is a special day for me.

The ladies always do such a great job. It's so wonderful to come home to a clean house. It sure lifts my spirits!!

Organic products - but as I've mentioned before, I kind of like it when the house smells as though it's been fresh cleaned. The unscented is fine for cleaning, but I like some citrus or cedar scent.

Maryann and Jess are professional and go the extra mile without being asked. They also enjoy (tolerate) our overly friendly Giant Schnausers who supervise them on every visit.

am very happy with your service....have no complaints....just have one suggestion. Every so often the person who comes needs a little guidance in bed making. The last person here did a fine job but you might want to give a little guidance in this department. I like green products - those that are environmentally safe........

Merry Maids has been very reliable and thorough. They managed to get our cabinet fronts and shower door clean after I had tried and failed! They let us know ahead of time when they will arrive. They are cheerful and polite, too! It gives me a lot of peace of mind to know my house is being cleaned so well on a regular schedule.

MM's are always very friendly, professional, and helpful,and quick. They leave the house neat and smelling good. You can't ask for anything more. Name removed

Very attentive to my mother and her needs. Also feel they are very compatible in mutual likes and interests. Any my mother is still quite with it I believe she and Debbie share a mutual interest in history, current events the current news.

In general, Merry Maids have done a very nice job in my home. I am happy with the products used for the most part. I would like to see products that would deal better with mildew and with the tile floors.
