The ladies are prompt and very nice. There is one thing I would like to mention. Whatever product is being used on our floors there seems to be a sticky residue and doesn't clean very well. My husband noticed it after wiping up a spill, the cloth was dirty. Our house is basic with not a lot of "stuff". For the money we spend for the time spent cleaning we feel the floors should be cleaner. Thank you for your time.

Very reliable although I do not like the fact that I cannot keep the same crew every time, Mary Ann is almost always here and she is awesome, I miss Jess as they worked great together and I hope she comes back from maternity leave soon.
