smell clean but not over powering

I like the ladies who come to clean, Ruth and Peggy. They are professional and hard-working, and attentive to my suggestions. They do a wonderful job of cleaning my house. The products that they use for cleaning work well and have no fragrance, which I would likely be allergic to. I have had many housekeeping services in the past, and the service tha they provide is second to none.

All of the staff are courteous, friendly and professional. They are willing to go above and beyond to help their customers.

Reliabity and professionalism

My house is left clean and fresh on each occasion.

The girls do a good job and are very enthusiastic. The products you use are not all to my liking, so I have asked them to use a couple of my own products.

I have to admit I'm quite compulsive about the house. I like it organized and clean and after your team has left here....it's spotless.
I also really like the team members. They not only are great cleaners, they're lovely to deal with.

There has been NO decrease in the cleaning over time. All other cleaners I have used - not professional, always got a little lax over time. Has not happened with Merry Maids. Ruth has pretty much been a constant for my cleaning.

I like everything the gals do - the house always looks so clean when they are done. One suggestion would be to use a bleach-based cleanser in the bathroom to keep fixtures clean longer between cleanings.

Using the same women at our house most of the time. I like that a lot. Riley and Shannon actually made towel swans on our bed last week. Nice touch!
