I very much like the environmentally friendly, low VOC products used in my house. Walking in after the Merry Maids cleaned, I could not tell a cleaning crew had been through. I liked not smelling the chemicals.

Reliable and thorough

I like the ladies as they use cleaning aids that do not bother my allergies and that's important to me. However, I wish we were told when they were to arrive---an approximate time so that we could make our plans for the day😄😄. Why was that changed?

The gals who arrive at my house are on time, cheerful and ready to get to work. The products used leave my house clean with an aroma of cinnamon.

Merry Maids has been cleaning my house weekly for about 4 years. They have been consistently eager to please, have added tasks if needed and have been flexible. Marianne, the leader of my team has been a shining example of the perfect worker. She takes personal responsibility for her work. If Marianne is here I relax. It's done! -and done well.

The products used clean all areas well. I miss the fragrance that I used to smell when I walked through the door! But I understand that fragrance is just an unnecessary additive so the trade-off is a good one.
