You do try hard to meet my needs. Joe and Rachel are very caring caretakers even though Joe was limited because of weight. I will not have Candy back. She did very little and hardly talked to First name removed. I realize that sitting in 1 room for 3 hours is not fun but First name removed is easy to talk to.

It’s very impressed with their efforts to adjust to the needs and schedule of the caregiver and the patient. Our daily lives are unpredictable and it’s always a good feeling when you can call, explain your situation, and someone answers and tries to meet your needs. It’s an extra bonus when the newly introduced helper walks in with a smile eager and ready to make our day a little less hectic. For these acts of thoughtfulness we as a family are grateful!
