Need time for myself
They are available when I call. They do the jobs that were asking them to do without trouble. Everyone in the office and everybody that we’ve had so far besides two people have been great. When I made a request for them to not come back, they haven’t been brought back. Your service has saved our life and more ways than one. We are very grateful for you all.

My only complaint is I did not get daily reports. Could be my error of not knowing where to find them as caregiver said she submitted daily. Please email me either an app or how to view.

We particularly like the two helpers SH provides three times a week thru VA. TORA gives him physical therapy on Wednesdays & Fridays.

That my aides fit right in as part of my family. They don’t mind helping me with ANYTHING that is difficult for me to do yet they allow me to do what I can do myself. They also don’t treat me like I’m senile or that I don’t know what I’m talking about
Senior Helpers was very conscientious about making sure that personnel was introduced to new clients and if a sitter was unable to make the appointment a supervisor was on hand until the issue was resolved.
We have signed up with senior helpers through the Medicare guide program. We haven’t actually began using the caregiver service yet. So far, the personnel we have met have been very professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful.
