Helpers are more consistent than others angencies. They are very caring of their clients and the helpers are more engaging and helpful than some angencies we have used on the past.

Most of your caregivers do a good job, but there a few couch potatoes in the mix. When you send a good one, we prefer to keep seeing that person. However, your schedulers seem to like switching them out for new people who are generally not as attentive.
