The workers are very professional. They are compassionate. They know the needs of there clients and they see to those needs. They care about there client.

The caregivers you sent have done a good job. Have not had to ask for someone else the ones you sent the first time I still have. They are courteous, good to my wife which is the one that needs help, on time, respectful, and have experience.

The staff seem very qualified and show up on time and my Aunt aunt is a stickler for timeliness…if it’s written on her calendar she can remember it. Thank you to the team for this assistance. We like our third assignment Jon because he is able to handle my husband and not drop him. He is always on time and communicates extremely well with my husband. He’s extremely willing to do anything that I ask him to do. My husband really likes him and responds well to him.

Since only having one session with the Sr. Helper it’s difficult to really give any positive or negative feedback. However, with several conversations with the office personnel and visits from Melanie, I am extremely pleased with their friendliness and attention to my husband’s needs. As they say, so far so good!
Your reliable they do there job
I’ve only gotten to experience the 4 hours for 1 day. The caregiver that was supposed to come was in a car accident and Senior Helpers was swift to arrange for another caregiver. I am looking forward to Thursday!
It has really helped me to be more comfortable in my home and to have a friend that does an amazing job in making my life so much more comfortable under my circumstances. Everyone has been so very nice and supportive.
