The friendly staff, the training classes offered, the trainers, the fact my puppy is always waging his tail when I drop him off and pic him up. My dog needs multiple breaks throughout the day because he limps when he over exercises and dogtopia has been very accommodating for my dogs needs. My dog can also be over stimulated around other dogs and the staff have always been very patient when it comes to redirecting my dog when he is too hyper.

Love how easy and friendly everyone is. And being open during Covid has been a blessing

I thoroughly enjoy the agility classes and the instructors. The reception desk is extremely helpful. Carly and Aislinn are terrific instructors.

Very easy booking process. My dog is well taken care of and comes home happy and tired. Great communication and doggie report cards. Love the nest cams to watch online.

Everything! First of all the hours of operation. Makes it easier to drop off my dog early enough before I start work and then you're open late enough for me to pick her up.
Besides that:
1. I love all of the different activities and themes
2. The access to cameras and being able to see her while at work
3. Super friendly staff
