Great location from my work. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They all answer my question when I was deciding to take my dog there. The facility is very well maintained and clean. I also enjoy having the opportunity to view the webcams when I am away, knowing that my dog is being treated well.

Pretty much everything, to be honest. The staff are amazing, and excellent with my puppy, who gets very excited to see them when I drop him off. They are also very efficient with any inquiries I might have. I have also used puppy training and agility training and have been very pleased. Also I’ve used the Puppy Spa and a very happy, well groomed puppy greeted me after his session. I would highly recommend Dogtopia for all they have to offer, and do so often. I’m a very happy client and so is my puppy 🐶!

Clean facility with good quality equipment.

We found Nikita to be a complete breath of fresh air. She was so positive! Ollie was so happy and that made us happy. We learned more from her in one hour, than we have since we brought Ollie home in July. We have wasted a lot of money on trainers that really did not have a clue. We are excited to be on this journey with our pup, under the guidance of Nikita. We have already recommended a friend to your facility, and they have an appointment this weekend. And a big thank you to Carly Zeleny, she was the one that pulled all the strings. We are very happy!!

My dog was nervous and wouldn’t walk in , they carried him in very nicely for me. The nail cut was quick and nicely trimmed.

The front desk is very helpful. My dog is in agility and thoroughly enjoying the classes. The instructors are great. Since Covid he is missing all the other dogs that are in regular classes but he is getting the special one on one classes that have been arranged.

Knowledgeable, educated staff with firm directions and teachings. Ability to adapt to the challenges of different breeds.

We bring our dog Piper on Saturday for socialization and sometime to get groomed. The grooming is always really well done! We often deal with a lady named Unity. She is always so sweet, pleasant and accommodating. When we were new pet parents the camera in the play place was so reassuring that she was okay.

Awesome service. Staff is friendly. Groomer gave our Border Collie wonderful spa treatment.

All the staff were very friendly and I love that I can check in on my dogs with the web cams to see how he's doing.

I can drop off my dog for daycare without prior booking should the need arrive, but I do try and call ahead to reserve a spot. I also enjoy how the different locations can talk with other and share information, which is helpful when I need to board my dog at a different Dogtopia location than the one he usually goes to.
