I was very impressed with my puppies first visit to Dogtopia. I was nervous taking him to tell you take care because he has not been socialized at all but it was handled very professional. The employees were so good on how they introduce him to the other dogs. My only feedback would be, it wasn’t the sane people at pick up so I don’t really know how it went.

Great staff. Our dog has been going to daycare weekly for the past year and he absolutely loves it. He gets so excited when he knows we’re on our way there and is sooooo tired for two days after from all the playing.

Love Dogtopia! As soon as we turn off the Deerfoot Ruby starts to pace and whine excitedly to spend the day with her doggie friends and nearly bowls over Unity most mornings in her anticipation to get inside!

It's been amazing socialization for her and she loves it!

We've also spent a couple of nights boarding which is a great comfort to know she stays in an environment that's familiar to her even if she is staying by herself.

Love that we can watch them on the web cams. The employees are always interactive & look like they are enjoying the dogs.

We brought Stanley in on Wed Dec 9th, and so I watched quite a while on your live feed. Although I didn’t like the way the morning handler swatted at the dogs on her care, never actually touching the dogs unless she was dragging them into a kennel, she was the only one. Longer dark hair and young.
In the afternoon Tracey came on and my faith in your staff soared! Tracey cued my dog by getting his attention and when he didn’t listen (which he struggles with being a teenager) after 3 separate events he earned a time out. She was never rough with any of the dogs and as she walked by them she petted them and would cuddle with some of them. After she set boundaries with Stanley he followed her around most of the rest of his time there. The dogs love her. She is a great dog handler and trainer.

The staff members are so great with Daisy (and me!). They are kind and caring and I fully trust them with my angel! 2020 has been a rough year for everyone, but the Dogtopia team has consistently been a bright spot in our lives!
