To be honest daycare with dogtopia didn't start out great. Our dog got hurt the first week from playing to hard he ripped his paw pads and had to go to the vet. I called dogtopia and they said they did notice him limping but didn't say anything when I picked him up and had to be brought to the vet it was so bad.

After my concerns were brought to their attention and showed them his paws they were very accomodating and kept us updated on any changes in our dogs play. They let our dog stay up front while his paws healed and accommodated a play/rest rotation so that our dog could adapt to all day play. Absolutely loves daycare and the staff and whines when he doesn't go.

I love to see the staff from before, they so friendly and kind.

Bailey is known by name and is so well taken care of while he is there. Laura is his groomer and has been for years. He is not an easy dog to groom due to his size but she does an amazing job.

The groomer is amazing - she really cares about making sure the dogs are comfortable and not stressed. I broguht in my new puppy and she called me to update me on how he was doing. Excellent!!!

The process of dropping off my dog without having to send an email 24hrs in advance. The fact that I can bring him in for half day, when I have to work. I love that dogtopia is literally 2mins from house, & offer excellent service. My dog loves it there!! I have been recommending dogtopia!

Everyone is very warm and friendly. They love dogs and I can see that they are well cared for. Hurley is very scared of people. He is a rescue and is nervous of new people and environments, but it makes me happy to see him chasing after the person in the day care room just looking for some love! Clearly is very relaxed there and let down his guard.
