I love that they really take the time to get to know the dogs and each of their needs. Dogtopia is the ONLY place I take my dogs whete they don’t feel sad about me leaving them. They LOVE daycare and when they get home, they’re pooped and 100% fulfilled.

The staff at Blackfoot Dogtopia in Calgary have been amazing! They have been so helpful in helping us to meet the needs of our puppy. She was very afraid of every new situation, but the staff were so understanding and did all they could to help her adjust to daycare, so that now she loves daycare and is very excited to go in every day. When she had an injury, they really went above and beyond to accommodate her. The staff are wonderful!

I love the knowledge and calm authority all employees have working with the dogs. When I got my new puppy I knew I needed a refresher course and I am so impressed with everyone there.

All staff was friendly. It was the first time my dog got groomed and they made her feel very comfortable. The results is were great, her hair is shinny and clean. All her winter coat is removed. I would definitely go back.

Everyone is very focused and caring for each individual animals needs. Bailey has been going here for many years and he is treated like one of their own.

I didn't realize I needed to bring in my vaccination records for daycare as I had been there several times for training and showed my vaccination then (I thought they would have been on file). I REALLY like the webcam, I could see my puppy and tell that she was doing fine. My one concern was when they were putting them in the Kennels I did not see them remove the harness. I typically remove this so she doesn't get caught on anything. Over all I was pleased with everything and will begin to bring my puppy in mostly just for play and socialization reasons. I really like all of the services provided and I am interested in having the option to have her trained and nails clipped while at day care. I choose the Blackfoot location because from what I could tell on the webcam it was less busy than the Douglas Glen location which is closer for me. I watched the web cams several times before bringing my dog to witness the care she would receive. I saw no issues and was comfortable with the level of care. The Blackfoot location doesn't seem to post as many pictures on facebook and instagram which I really like to see. I am now a follower for both locations. Thanks First name removed
