I have not used the grooming or the boarding yet. I use the training and daycare. I have however dialed back the daycare, I didn’t like that my passes expired. I do however love the daycare people and events and how they are so excited when we come. I also love the webcam and social media posts for events. All of these things are why I choose and continue to choose to use Dogtopia.

Every service that we have used at Dogtopia, from daycare to grooming has been easy, well priced and Olivia has loved every minute of it. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and always greets Olivia with a big smile and a cuddle. Half the time she doesn't even notice that we are still there...ha ha ha. I also love that they have the webcam service so we can check in and see all the fun that she is having. :)

We also used the boarding service at one of their other locations and had no concerns that she was in good hands and having a great time while we were away.

Groomer is very friendly and attentive with our Chihuahua Lil Jack. All the staff provide excellent customer service. The prices are fair for the quality service you get.

The staff are so friendly and helpful - from the initial appointment phone call to my happy, clean, well groomed pup at the end. They do a wonderful job with her cut, and she always looks so cute when she is done. Also, my dog has a bit of anxiety and they are patient and gentle with her, and help her to calm through the appointment. I highly recommend them.
