I like that they seem on top of things. They were ahead of things with the Coronavirus with PPE readily available. The office staff is professional. I appreciate that they check in on us which, I’m sure, could alleviate any problems in the workplace. The online training was high quality.

I like how the office staff is organized, I have worked with other companies where it was hard to get ahold of a scheduler. I like that I can view my schedule online and pick up shifts when needed. No one pressures you to pick up hours, they give incentives, but never chastise you for not picking up an open shift. Everyone in the office is knowlegeable and helpful.
