The people that own the company and their motive is to help at whatever level they can, they strive for excellent in both their employees & services offered, to the clients. How seamless the hiring process was. I was interviewed, had orientation in which all paperwork was completed, given my badge & schedule all in one day! Very professional & courteous staff, but best of all is I get to work for an organization that truly cares for the client as well as the employees & not just caring about their "bottom line". I can truly say I LUV MY JOB!! & am proud to say I work for Senior Helpers!! Need more companies like this, the client's as well as staff deserve it!

The office and corporate support is phenomenal! And this experienced nurse has learned so much about senior care and dementia care in the last year, I can't believe it! I finally feel like I am doing what I went to school to do!! I also like the concrete parameters and rules. Makes it so much easier to counsel/coach the CG's!

The owner and office staff care about the staff. They go out of their way to accommodate a person’s private life.

They are flexible with my scedule. schedule. To to choose the client's I want to work for and the hours I want to work. All office staff are very nice and accommodating.

Integrity of the office personnel. Friendliness of everyone. The caring of office personnel isn’t just a façade; it’s genuine.

One thing I really like is not being continually harassed by scheduling to work; by phone and constant texts. It’s okay with S.H. for caregivers to have a life and family/friends outside of Senior Helpers without being made to feel guilty for not being at work all the time.
It’s really hard to always be on call and miss every holiday, birthday, anniversary, etc. And it’s hard to like your job when you’re taken advantage of, pressured to work and lied to all the time. I don’t see this with Senior Helper’s. I see a very caring group of personnel and appreciate the kindness you’ve shown to everyone; caregivers and clients alike.

I like how everything seems to run so smoothly. My situation is a little different than most but they have made the process so easy. It helps when the people you work for and the people you service are easy to work with. Thank you Senior helpers.
