How seamless the hiring process was. I was interviewed, had orientation in which all paperwork was completed, given my badge & schedule all in one day! Very professional & courteous staff, but best of all is I get to work for an organization that truly cares for the client as well as the employees & not just caring about their "bottom line". The office and corporate support is phenomenal! And this experienced nurse has learned so much about senior care and dementia care in the last year, I can't believe it! I finally feel like I am doing what I went to school to do!! I also like the concrete parameters and rules. Makes it so much easier to counsel/coach the CG's!
