I enjoy the flexibility of the office staff.... For instance once I wasnt comfortable with a particular client and they was very happy to assign me to a different case with no hassle or difficult questions!! Also my pay checks have always been the right amount and on time, unlike some places Ive worked where they would mess up on payroll or neglect to have checks ready on time!! I also like the extra educational classes the pay for us to attend in order to extend our skills beyond just what we have learned in the classroom as a CNA or something.
