As long as I do my job to the best of my ability, and am reliable about showing up for every shift (unless I'm sick), am on time and do what I'm supposed to do, Senior Helpers will go above and beyond to make this a great working relationship.

I like the communication. If there is mis communication it is always worked out peacefully. I love that the owner is very involved with the inner workings of the company. The compassionate care that is given to the clients. Caregivers are guided in every need w each client's care plan. As a caregiver we are respected. WE ARE NEVER REQUIRED TO DO ANYTHING THAT MAKES US UNSAFE. We are allowed to choose our own schedules. I feel care for and respected.
