Vinyl graphics in the end turned out great, but commuication was very difficult. No proofs were provided. We were given different specs from what was originally provided and it just seemed like SpeedPro was not in conversation with the event space despite being the vendor of record. I would request a placement and it seemed like everything was another add-on. We did end up with some graphics being an inch off and not covering the whole wall. The install team was 25 minutes late, were not given my contact info as promised, and did not seem to understand what went where, despite a diagram being provided a week ahead of time. Foam board was installed with double-sided tape, which was already falling off before they left the install and later had to be completely retaped by our team. The print quality was satisfactory but everything else made this a very hard process that I would source a different vendor if we host an event here again.
