I had to call several times to secure a time for pickup. Called in a Friday and was told that I would get a call on Monday. Came and went. I called back on Thursday and was told that it would be ready later that day. Communication needs to improve big time

John and Kegan were great to work with. We threw a project at them that they had never done before and the end result was great. They explained everything step by step and took any feedback we had for them. The project was delivered and presented very quickly after the project was approved. If I have another project in their wheel house I would definitely use them again.
We have gotten banners, several truck wraps, trade show backgrounds and other items. Most recently Laura was able to get us a replacement part for a pop up banner that we had damaged. She turned it around on very short notice and in time for an important trade show. Quality work and very responsive.
It's been a pleasure all around.

I like their creativity, which is of course fun; and I appreciate their speedy response and turn-around, once being on quite short notice. They offer a personal touch, especially this last time I worked with them; I had an unfortunate extenuating personal circumstance, which slowed my communicating about an order, and they responded with compassion and caring action, while also maintaining their high standard for their products. They exemplify the reason I always choose in-person transactions with FoCo-owned companies instead of shopping online; they seem invested in the community, as do I. I love that sense of reciprocity.

Joe at SpeedPro was a lifesaver. I originally contacted SpeedPro for signage, and it turned into so much more — I ended up with beautiful, high-quality branded tablecloths and signage. Joe offered great ideas, patiently took my many calls as plans and ideas evolved, and consistently delivered outstanding customer service. Even though I won’t be doing more events in Philadelphia, I will absolutely use SpeedPro again and simply ship the materials to my event location.

The banner quality is poor for the price. Our usual provider, Build A Sign, is about half to 1/3 the cost and significnatly higher quality. Although we were hoping to work with a local provider, I am severely disappointed by the results. Most if not all of the banners have already torn, teh banners were not reinforced properly, the grommets were of a cheap quality, and the material itself was lower quality than we are used to. I am surprised that working with a local provider would result in such a steep decline in the quality of the product.
The installation took longer than expected.
