The graphic printed out is totally different from what I requested and they confirmed.
I've worked with Tom and his staff many times over the years, and they have always done a really great job. They are very processional and the quality of the signs they've produced for me is exceptional.
Working with SpeedPro on our new building sign was seamless from beginning to end. The options presented were as we imagined, with several price options for us to consider. The final product, which arrived in short time, looks fantastic!
flow of communication is rough, I dont understand or agree that we must agree to a price before we see artwork? dont understand how a price can be genarated untill artwork is agreed to.

Best customer service and Quality
I am really disappointed with how SpeedPro is handling this situation.
We provided exact window dimensions as requested, along with explicit notes from our designer emphasizing the need for precise alignment. The approved proof clearly showed how the design was intended to look once installed. Given that you had the correct dimensions and access to the final artwork, your team should have recognized if the provided file setup would result in misaligned graphics and required bleed. Or included the dimensions on the proof so I could have caught the error.
As the customer, I relied on your team's expertise in sign production and installation. Had you informed us that a site survey or additional design support was necessary to ensure accuracy, I would have willingly paid for those services. Instead, I am left with an installation that does not match the approved proof.
Please let me know how SpeedPro plans to resolve this and deliver the final result as originally agreed upon.

My issues are not related to the quality of work, timeliness or customer service, all of which were great.
My issue on the price difference between initial guesstimate and legitimate estimate were quickly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction, so that’s a positive.
My bigger issue and this is more a learning for myself is that I sent an example of the size I needed and the final result was half the width (matched the estimate, don’t get me wrong). If I’d known better the size I needed beforehand, I would have cleared up the size on the estimate and asked for a revised cost, since I actually needed a banner twice the size! However, that would have meant a significant increase in cost and the event size can’t afford that yet. So, this is a case of “operator error,” but it was good for me to learn!
