I’d recommend offering customers another way to pay besides forcing a credit card with a 3% fee tacked on. We would have happily paid with a check. Also your rule about line items being a minimum of $50 is unfortunate. I understand if we only reached out for a small order, because you need to pay for overhead costs, but we spent $2,700 with you all on this order, and it made me feel really nickel and dimed. It left a pretty sour taste in my mouth as a first time customer of yours. If your policies don’t change, maybe just communicating them earlier on in the process.

Communication was poor. Install was unsuccessful with little accommodation to correct, coupled with no urgency. Blade sign install was left with no chain links so sign looks silly sitting right on hanger. Storefront window decals were installed on exterior of window rather than interior, leading to lack of adhesion.
