How clean it is
Very nice facility
Very friendly staff
The activities are organized and I enjoy interacting with my peers.
Very nice facility, employees very respectful, always an open lane to get your laps in .
The equipment is up to date, great quality, and there is a good variety. I've visited at different times of the day and it never feels overly crowded.
The instructors are great! Wish the classes were not so close together(back to back). One class can barely get finished while another class is ready to get in. Not a fan of the new app either. All in all great experience.
I haven’t personally taken any classes consistently but I have tried some classes and they are all so fun and good!! The trainers are awesome. Now I will speak very highly on the gym itself!
Great instructors, reasonable cost, friendly atmosphere and many options for all levels of fitness
Very much enjoy all of the fitness classes.
I like that the place is always clean, not over crowded and great class schedules.

Love all the classes.
Good instructors

The gym is well equipped, and there is good spacing. During busy period the cardio equipment can get full. We love the classes and there are good instructors. I don’t know if it will help, but maybe add posters to remind people about good gym etiquette. The ones that come to mind are: rack your weight when you are done. Don’t take multiple sets of weights to a bench and prevent others from using them. Don’t take dumbbells off the rack and exercising right in front of the rack, blocking others from using other weights. I’m sure there are many other suggestions.
