All members are very welcoming and it helps keeping your goals in check, you just focus on your goals.
There’s a great variety of programs and it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or at an advanced level classes are fun.

Lockers need to be dusted more often. Kind of dustiy with dirt.

Only use the lap pool which is great except the water is most often too cold. Please consider heating a couple of degrees more.

The facility's hours are convenient. The facility is always clean and feels safe.

I just started, and have not done anything yet...

I originally joined because of the pool. But the pool has been closed for safety reasons. I can't wait til it opens.

I like the classes offered. The instructors are extremely friendly and quickly notice if someone needs an accommodation to a particular skill that is being done in class. They also offer extensions so that people can push themselves in a safe manner!

We wanted to play pickleball while on Bacton from the UK.
We were welcome by the said group which helped us to enjoy our stay.

we do our own work-outs with free weights, weight machines and treadmills - good selection of equipment, reasonably good access. Areas are clean, equipment in good repair. Staff friendly

Loving the group aqua activity- aquafit and aqua combat

We almost exclusively play Pickleball there.

I enjoy my 1-hour sessions with my personal trainer. Also, there is a wide range of exercise equipment for members to use.

I truly enjoy the group exercise classes. The instructors are awesome.

My wife and I like the large number of workout machines and weightlifting machines available at the Schertz Family YMCA, and the friendly, helpful staff. We were especially impressed by Mr. Tony Galvez, and he is the main reason we joined, even though this location is not particularly close to our home.

I love this gym it feels very welcoming and I love varieties of machines even if a more compact gym. The child’s watch is always so friendly and knowing your children. I love this YMCA out of all the San Antonio ones
