I love the variety of classes! I use Yoga sculpt to build my strength and then the Yoga 2 to stretch, meditate, and practice my flexibility and balance. The instructors are awesome and keep me motivated throughout the class. It can be challenging, but at the end I always feel 10x better about than when I started class. I also love the heating element, sweating is so good for you!

Love this place. Speakers can get a little loud. Could also use mirrors on the column and wall blocking some spots in studio 1. Would also appreciate a hair dryer in the men’s locker room.
