I love the variation and training style and I love that each class is works on something different. This company takes the time to invest into potential customers with the one week free; the convenience of attending location is a bonus
I love CP but I do wish the green hills studio was hotter like the Brentwood studio

I love morning sculpt classes. I just relocated here from Chicago, and I got used to the early weekday morning class every day. Would love to see Brentwood be able to offer it's 6 am sculpt class all 5 weekdays.

Love the sculp and X classes. May need more. Often times both Green Hills and Brentwood are full with not even room on the waitlist. Or less members! Lol! Been a member since 2019 and it’s really grown a lot lately it seems. Love Christina, Tobi, Jessica, Massey, Lauren and Rachel!
The instruction was excellent... First time ever taking Yoga and still felt like we got it ... calm - difficult - sweaty and even bit spiritual. Really good.
The variety in classes, the teachers, the environment, the strength I've gained and the peace I've felt from getting in a consistent routine
