I love the workouts and sequences of exercises, I love how the teachers remember my name and encourage me while there is a room full of 25 other people - makes me feel special and seen and valued. I love the community, everyone seems empowered and dedicated to working out. Its a great environment to stay motivated and keep working out routinely.

I love yoga sculpt, especially at 6 am. Toby is doing a great job. Please extend the 6 am sculpt class to all weekdays!

Good instructors who help you. Wish the location was in a shopping center where you could park and walk in street level like in Brentwood. The downside is the parking situation. Not sure how or where to enter the building elevator from the lot. I had to walk up the ramp and around to the front of building which made me late for class. Then when I left, the gal said to hit the parking level on the elevator however, I couldn’t figure out where my car was and had to go to lobby and walk back outside and down the ramp.
Hard for me as a first timer to understand how the free parking works when you’re asked to register to park when you arrive and give the parking co. your credit card and minimum charge is for 2 hours when the class is only an hour. I got charged for parking even after scanning the code on arrival. It took me a long time to rectify this w/the parking company. No phone number. AI for website chat. Frustrating. Will drive the extra distance to Brentwood to avoid this.

Omg my experience was awesome!! I’m still sore. My instructor was probably the best instructor I’ve ever had at any other previous fitness studios. She knew how to engage the studio, motivate them to keep going, and provided the levels of adjustments for everything. It was great and your studio was so clean. I didn’t like the towels at all though.
