I've been taking classes for the last 3 weeks and I love it! Everyone is very friendly and nice. The facility is great with clean lockers/showers. The teachers are fantastic and the workouts are exactly what I need! I was sad when the last yoga studio I went to closed but am soo soo happy & thankful for Core Power, Brentwood TN!
I like instructors like Sydney Forrest, Grace, Lauren Cost, Sarah Richards, Laney Adkins, Lucy, and Shawnee.. Kelly Su is also very good....

I love the variety that the classes offer. Not only the different class types but everytime I walk into a C2 I know it will be a different flow which is so fun. The teacher are so awesome, friendly and just all-around great instructors. I usually have a hard time making it to my workout classes but Corepower is my happy place <3

There are a lot of good teachers who plan challenging workouts to good music which enhances the workout. There are a lot of various times for classes through out today. It is frustrating to have so many waitlist classes however!

The instructors are the sweetest, and always have the best energy! They make me excited to come to class everyday and push myself all the way. I’ve enjoyed this community so far !
I love everything about it! Every C2 class is the perfect combination of strength training and flow and it is very clear that every instructor is passionate about their practice and the people coming to take their classes. I always leave feeling better than I come in and that is my goal every time!

Absolutely love this place. Super welcoming and friendly people. No one judges you for mistakes or falling over during a set. All the workouts really give you a run for your money.

Love 6 am sculpt class and try to pop in on Saturdays too. Emily G, Shawnee and Annika are amazing teachers. Please consider expanding and opening a studio near South Franklin so I don't have to commute - seems like there is enough interest to expand now with most classes fully booked. Great to see how y'all have grown - let's keep it up.
it’s amazing!! i don’t like that i pay $175 a month and there is a fee to rent a towel. i understand the mat but a towel? really?
