Classes are really challenging and the instructors do a great job of teaching how poses should look, what they should feel like and what muscle groups are being worked. I also enjoy when we get time to ‘play’ with headstand or other tough poses. Excellent studio!

Corepower empowers their students. I love their intelligent sequencing, always taking the first round slow to break down poses through cues and deepen the benefits. Then taking the next rounds one breath, one movement for cardio and to promote presence. All of the teachers are phenomenal.

I had a great experience and had the best sleep after the Restorative Yoga class.
Everything at this studio is consistent with CPY’s brand, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I went to CP in southern CA for years, and after moving to Nashville, I didn’t find a studio that stacked up to CP and so I just stopped. I held off checking out the green hills studio due to the expense, but finally did my first free week and got hooked back in.
The instructors are SO friendly (friendliest studio I’ve been to), the MUSIC is motivates, and the VIBES are GREAT! Everyone seems to be doing a wonderful job.
