The flow at Corepower Yoga C1 fixes my back. It's amazing. I've been a member of Corepower off and on for years. The teachers here at Green Hills are great, they provide good feedback & assists when needed, & everybody is really approachable.
Classes are great and relaxing.

Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The store front is clean and aesthetically pleasing, and I can say the same about the locker rooms and studios. I like the variety of classes what goes into them. My only thing is I wish there was at least one more Core Restore class than just on Sunday!! Love it though, will be practicing at this studio for a while for sure.

I recommend Core to everyone I know. Instructors at the Brentwood location are awesome, and this site has great vibes you can’t find anywhere else. Please open more locations, especially in Florida!!!

Love how approachable instructors are. I love how many age groups & ability levels come to class. I really appreciate the knowledge instructors have given me for picking out my yoga products like mats and towels
I LOVED the class! It was my first time and I went to the sculpt class and the work out was amazing! I burned almost 400 calories and had so much energy after. The music was high energy, which helped motivate me through the workout. I will be returning!
