The shuttle driver met me at my vehicle and helped load my luggage. On return, I was taken directly to my vehicle. The price was great and the service was outstanding.

We like the safe parking area for our car. We like being picked up and dropped off at our car. We like the prompt service and we REALLY like the drivers. They are pleasant, conversational, and helpful.

Helena, the supervisor in Oakland, is a fabulous person. She helped me when I had to cancel a reservation due to family illness. This is not the first time she’s been helpful. She always goes above and beyond. She’s always friendly and helpful. Thanks so much Helena. You are the best!
