Friendly people driving the shuttles. They are very helpful with luggage and don’t make this old gal carry her own. Shuttles are very timely and I don’t have to wait too long for them to pick me up.

I like that the shuttles are readily available. Other companies have extremely long waits. However, I would suggest that the cashier is more friendly upon check out . The cashier that assisted me was not courteous. She was annoyed that my code didn’t scan.

They have good customer service and they take you whatever terminal you need to go to. They arrive on time when you need to be pick up from the airport. They have nice and friendly staff.
