Shuttle sevice was excellent. The car was ready for pick up when we arrived back a the lot. Drop off was easy and a shuttle was waiting.

Most of the times you have my car pulled up and ready. This past trip the employees did not have my car. I was asked twice "are you sure you were supposed to be coming back today" even though my reservation was to return that day and time. thanks.

Car was waiting for me even though my flight arrived 30min early. You could really improve service/customer delight, by either washing from windshield, or providing a bucket with a squeege.

It was easy in easy to find a parking spot . Once parked it was only a few minutes till the bus came by and picked us up. We were then dropped off at our terminal . On our return trip back to Atlanta even though it was very busy at Atlanta it was very easy to find our way to the pick up area and then taken back to our car I will definitely use them again.

It's convenient, very good directions, and it's clean. The Shuttle Bus is a big plus I would recommend it to everyone.
