In reading the reviews, i was concerned about being picked up from the airport. Upon arriving at DFW, I did as the text message requested (obtain my luggage, reply and go to C-1) and within 25 minutes a shuttle was there to pick me up and return me to the parking lot.

Can Airport parking get any easier? Reserving online, piece of cake, getting to the parking lot, piece of cake! The shuttle was behind our car before we even had our luggage unloaded! The driver was super friendly and very helpful. The pickup at the airport was easy and I had misplaced my parking ticket and our driver, again very helpful and friendly, told me not to worry multiple times. He was right, no need to worry, our car was located quickly ...easy peasy again. And I loved his smile and sense of humor. I would highly recommend this park and fly in Oakland, a great experience and thank you to the employees there!
