Door to door. I will be glad however when International is offered again. Nightmare coming back to North terminal last time to catch the shuttle. I will be looking at other services until that is restored. The last driver I had however was not as helpful as all the others I have had in the past.
Wait time was low, drivers friendly, cost friendly.
It was SO easy and quick. I parked my car and the shuttle was there by the time I reached the trunk of my car. They quickly loaded my suitcase and off to the airport we went. The driver was super friendly. Upon return, I sent my pick up request and they again were quickly there and got me back to my car in great time. I will for sure use you again!!!!!
We were not given the necessary paperwork to give to the driver once we were home, so we did not have anything to give to our driver Rinh. Despite the problem, he brought us back to Park and Fly with our family members who did have their paperwork. We were grateful, but the person who checked us in should have been more alert to this.
Otherwise, we had a very good experience with Park and Fly and would recommend them.

The parking services is just what is needed. The only concern I have is, on a few occasions, the Clear people push ahead of the travelers and take seat that we were waiting for. This causes the bus to fill up and making me wait for another bus. The wait may take up to 15-20 minutes. After a long week of working and a day of flying it is frustrating to have people cut in line ahead of you while waiting to get to your car.

Easy and convenient
The bus was waiting for me to get out of my car when I drove into the garage. We swept around the garage to pick up another person and went quickly to the airport. I was happy that we didn't need to go around the outside parking lot to pick up people.
